Filmed in San Diego at Horton Plaza Park, we asked fans of the show to join us and recording artist Estelle to be a part of our sing-a-long music video. The fans are an incredibly important part of this show if not any show. We wanted to show them how we are all in this together - every race, ethnicity, creed, gender and show that love is what binds us together.

The Making of “Steven Universe The Movie”

Having worked on Steven Universe since the beginning of the show it was a special moment to put together and pitch our idea for creating a documentary for Steven Universe The Movie. We knew the show team had put a lot of heart and soul in the effort to create the movie so we wanted to highlight those efforts and celebrate the process making it. Over almost a half a year we documented the the show unit, voice talent, composers and creator Rebecca Sugar as she lead the team to create what would be an epic transition into the final episodes of the show.
